Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are managed by Apple. Pricing is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases except where required by law.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass security of the App.
• Do not upload or distribute malicious, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with the operation or availability of the App.

User content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the App.

Third-party services

The App may include or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These Terms do not limit those mandatory rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date or by other appropriate means.
